Role Overview We are seeking an Account Manager - Business Services to manage and grow relationships with existing business clients while also helping convert warm leads into long-term managed IT customers. This role is relationship-driven and consultative, ideal for someone who enjoys owning client relationships rather than high-volume cold sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clients are supported, informed, and continuously aligned with NerdsToGo’s services.
