Description C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a qualified account representative to join our team in the Greensboro area of North Carolina. We specialize in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. Develop and continue communication with clients and internal team members to better serve the customer. Responsibilities: Generate leads for sales, service, and existing construction equipment Build and maintain customer relationships Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, monitor and adapt sales activities to ensure goals are met Partner with current and potential customers to show case how new solutions can help their needs Visit job sites within the greater Charlotte area Working within a team in order to provide support to the customer Respond to customer quotes and technical information Negotiate and Process orders Able to work closely with inspectors, state, and federal agencies Promote products through seminars and trade shows as needed Job Benefits: 401(k) Plan with 100% vested 4% Safe Harbor Match: First 3% of deferral matched 100% and second 2% of deferral amount is matched at 50% for a total available match of 4% Company sponsored insurance plan: Medical – Dental – Vision Paid Time Off: 120 Hours (3 weeks) Paid Holidays: 7 Company vehicle with fuel card Company laptop and cell phone Requirements Qualifications Previous account management experience Boiler room experience/ knowledge Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role Willingness and ability to travel
