ACCOUNT MANAGER, FINLAND

We are looking for a Finland based Account Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or equivalent in a technical field (Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering preferred )
  • Knowledge about refractories and associated applications and processes required
  • Prior sales experience ideally within the refractory (or a market related) industry
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors: Leads Self, Communicates and collaborates, Delivers results and Drives improvement.
  • Willing to make business trips abroad, mainly for Calderys Group meetings, when required
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, written and spoken
    This is a fulltime job, starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and follow sales in the different sub-segments of your area by visiting customers
  • Follow-up installation projects and product trials
  • Introduction of new products, services & other developments
  • Prepare quotations (materials, engineering and installation)
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers
  • Develop, present & implement customer plans
  • Ensure that the required “risk assessment” & “method statement” are in place for installation projects
  • Review market analysis to determine customer needs
  • Complete forecasts of expected sales conditions
  • Prepare periodic sales reports
