At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in MedTech or pharma. Solid knowledge of CRM products, therapies, and procedures (mandatory). Experience supporting clinical procedures in the operating room. Familiarity with local healthcare systems, tender processes, and purchasing departments. Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English. Willingness to travel within your region and occasionally across Spain.
