We’re looking for a passionate and driven Care Home Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver on that vision—by promoting Vyne’s specialist services and Optimum Medicals products to promote formulary compliance into care homes across the UK.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within healthcare or care home settings
· Strong relationship-building skills, over the phone
· Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, hardworking, and results-driven
· Full UK driving license

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Home Account Manager, you’ll be a key ambassador for the Vyne service. Your mission is to grow our care home customer base over the phone, onboard new patients, and drive product switches that improve patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Care, and Delivery Service teams to deliver a seamless and impactful experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build and manage relationships with care homes to promote Vyne DAC services and OM/Hunter products
· Conduct regular patient account reviews and register new patients on a monthly cycle over the phone and via email.
· Upsell and switch existing patients to OM/Hunter products by identifying needs and highlighting benefits
· Make targeted daily calls to existing and prospective care homes
· Strategically grow your territory by identifying key accounts and collaborating with internal teams
· Act as the primary point of contact for care home customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally
· Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
