  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry or gaming hardware manufacturing
  • Prior roles as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Account Manager will establish and nurture long-term partnerships with assigned customers, ensuring their evolving needs are met and exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating internally and managing every stage of the order lifecycle. Success in this role hinges on strong relationship-building, meticulous order management, and proactive problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as lead point of contact for all customer account matters, engaging daily with managers, buyers, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor order status throughout the manufacturing cycle and update customers with outbound shipping details and tracking numbers.
  • Process high volumes of orders from inception to delivery, maintaining 100% on-time delivery for assigned accounts.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and escalated customer issues in line with company policies.
  • Lead backlog and operations reviews, fostering communication among sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
  • Maintain customer records, master profiles, tariff agreements, inventory data, and SharePoint documentation.
  • Forecast customer demand and analyze patterns to align supply chain availability.
  • Generate and maintain reports on service metrics, inventory positions, tariff billing and open orders.
