The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for ensuring the long-term satisfaction, growth, and retention of our clients by providing exceptional service, support, and guidance. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong client relationships, helping clients maximise the value of our products and services. The AM works closely with internal teams to address client needs, resolve challenges, and ensure a seamless experience. By tracking client health, delivering tailored training, and supporting account growth, the AM ensures our clients achieve their desired outcomes while fostering loyalty and promoting product adoption. What You'll Do: Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are consistently satisfied with the services and solutions provided. Proactively engage with clients to address any concerns and maintain strong relationships. Regularly review client accounts to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations and business goals. Contribute to identifying opportunities for up-seling, cross-seling, and enhancing existing client relationships. Monitor account health, ensuring that clients remain satisfied and that growth opportunities are pursued. Communicate with clients to gather a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure that client feedback and requirements are relayed accurately. Track and monitor client health metrics, ensuring clients are achieving desired outcomes with the products. Assist in generating reports to evaluate the success and progress of client relationships and product usage. Participate in regular check-ins with clients to maintain open communication and foster strong, long-term relationships. Help anticipate future client needs based on ongoing communication, ensuring the proactive delivery of solutions. Track and document client feedback, ensuring that it is incorporated into future planning and strategy. What you'll bring: Experience in account management in an IT environment is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients. Basic understanding of customer success principles and practices. Understanding of ITIL and the role the framework plays in delivering IT Service Management day-to-day operations. Knowledge of IT Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications and Processes that support businesses in their day- Experience with working with and providing solutions from strategic IT Vendors such as HP, Aruba, Fortinet, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMWare and NBN.
