We are looking for an enthusiastic, prospect focused Account Manager to join our Business Development team to identify and secure new business.

• Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to meet client needs and create new opportunities
• Protect, maintain and develop the business book of assigned and existing accounts
• Monitor market trends; negotiate contracts, and develop working relationships with relevant stakeholders
• Creates and closes new sales opportunities; maintains an active lead list that is consistently growing
• Aligns activities to drive KPIs; coordinates efforts through a combination of in-office and road-time to produce measurable results: increased freight volumes and revenues
• Participates in other duties and projects as assigned.
