The Account Manager (AM) is a key role in the myprosperity team as champion of the relationship with our existing partners (financial professionals). The AM works closely with the training and onboarding team for a smooth transition of our new partners and to meet ongoing needs of partners in building successful adoption of the portal.
The partner relationship will involve problem-solving, nurturing and growing the business in each relationship. Knowledge of technology in the financial advice and/or accounting practice process and the operations generally of a financial professional’s business will be critical to this role. Our partner’s expectations are that the AM will be their ‘go to’ person for anything relating to the success of the myprosperity portal. As a result, portal knowledge and internal stakeholder relationships will be pivotal to the success of the AM role.
Working within the licensee framework will also be part of the AM role. This requires working closely with the Head of Sales to identify key stakeholder relationships to assist the partner relationships and business growth across the licensees.
