Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients and maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your customer base to meet agreed sales targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of Swan Retail’s solutions and guide customers to use our tools more effectively
  • Provide consultative guidance to customers to align their technology roadmaps with our evolving product set
  • Own strategic growth plans for key accounts in your portfolio
  • Migrate existing customers onto the ClearAccept payment gateway using commercial insight and negotiation skills
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline updates clearly to the Account Management Lead
  • Provide regular forecasts and performance updates including metrics, revenue predictability, and churn risk
  • Collaborate with teams across Support, Operations, Development, and Marketing to deliver a great customer experience
  • Offer exceptional customer service and proactively resolve issues
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and product knowledge
