Kambium Closets provides custom closet systems, cabinetry solutions, and design software tools to wholesale partners. We’re growing and need an experienced and motivated Account Manager (2–5 years in closets/cabinetry required) to join our Lakeville team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Manager will serve as the primary customer contact for our wholesale clients. This role involves training customers on design software, managing orders from start to finish, and resolving issues quickly to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Train wholesale customers on our design software
  • Manage orders from start to finish
  • Answer questions on timelines, specs, and products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues quickly
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Work with our design, production, and logistics teams
  • Knowledge of ClosetPro or similar cabinet software would be preferred, but not required
