    Responsibilities

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    Damson Cloud is looking for someone with cloud or SAAS sales experience in account management to join our growing sales team in Ireland. As a successful applicant, you will be a key part of our account management team managing customer accounts and upselling Cloud solutions to our customers.
    You’ll be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with the goal of expanding our products and services for your given book of business. You will be experienced in driving account planning, and will work closely with our sales team and CEO. You will have a passion for cloud technology and its positive impact on our customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain excellent relationships across multiple stakeholders
    • Pro active communication with customers around their account and renewals
    • Promote and sell Google Cloud products and Damson Cloud services
    • You’ll work towards meeting your own sales targets and KPIs
    • Plan approaches and pitches, working with colleagues to develop compelling proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns & objectives.
    • Reach out to customers through targeted outreach based on potential opportunities identified by the team
    • Support customer events aligned with sales and marketing team
    • Run campaigns with Customer Success Team to drive upsell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction and renewals
    • Account Administration and data analysis
