Description

We’re looking for a strategic Account Manager to help further grow our strong foothold in the Canadian market. In this role, you would be a key partner to the Sales and Operations teams to ensure the stellar setup, execution, reporting, and insights that deliver successful digital advertising programs. You would be developing strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal departments to achieve client goals along with internal efficiencies and best practices that support high levels of client retention and growth. The ideal candidate would be highly organized, proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented.
* Develop expertise in Cluep’s AI offerings with a thorough understanding of capabilities. * Manage multiple client initiatives to ensure a successful launch, delivery, and performance. This includes, but is not limited to: * Assisting the Sales team with pre-sale needs/requests. * Collaborating with the Sales team to develop compelling proposals that align Cluep offerings with clients’ needs and objectives. * Being accountable for answering questions, completing requests, and resolving issues for all designated clients. * Managing the pre-launch process, including client kick-off calls, targeting generation, and asset deliveries. * Working closely with Operations to launch and monitor programs, identifying key learnings and opportunities for enhancement. * Providing weekly/monthly client reporting and optimization recommendations. * Identifying potential upsell/incremental opportunities. * Generating insights through data analysis to improve client solutions and identify growth areas. * Handling post-campaign launch duties, such as screenshots, client confirmations, and initial reporting. * Preparing post-campaign wrap reporting, client presentations, and case study development. * Actively participating in ideation, feedback, and updates related to Cluep’s internal tools, processes, and product offerings.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Digital Media at an agency, publisher, or Ad Tech company. * Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, etc. preferred). * Highly proficient in data analysis, manipulation, and presentation (wizard with Microsoft Excel). * Confident in presenting to clients and managers. * Comfortable engaging with clients and supporting sales during in-person events, meetings, etc. * Interest and familiarity with the evolving digital media landscape. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Able to multitask and work well under pressure. * Project Management Skills, managing multiple clients and projects. * A positive team player. * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
