QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in a CRM system, reporting is a plus!
  • High level of written, verbal, and video communication and interpersonal skills utilized to resolve and win customer situations
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to create new opportunities and connect challenges to solutions
  • Results-focused collaborator with ability to organize and prioritize multiple, competing client needs
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed in a hyper growth team that makes a positive impact for both Clutch and our clients
  • Open to working hybrid work schedule in Washington, DC office
Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own the Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) for your portfolio by meeting and exceeding your quota through effective retention, upselling, cross-selling, and win-back strategies.
  • Lead Retention Efforts: Take the lead in all retention-related initiatives, including having proactive conversations with clients at risk of churn, identifying potential issues early, and reinforcing the value of our solutions at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Build and Maintain Trusted Relationships: Manage a diverse portfolio of service providers across multiple industries. Act as their trusted advisor and go-to resource for Clutch solutions, addressing challenges and delivering value that drives long-term success.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Drive account strategy by using data-driven insights to create and execute success plans, ensuring clients achieve their goals and maximize the value of our partnership.
  • Accurate Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain clean and accurate records in the CRM, providing reliable forecasts for renewals, expansions, and overall growth.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to offer informed, strategic guidance to your clients.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our product, marketing, and support teams to advocate for your clients, share valuable feedback, and ensure that their needs are met with the highest level of service
