Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Experience selling services within construction, manufacturing, government, or related industries is highly valued.
  • A self-driven mindset with strategic thinking to deliver results in a performance-focused environment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, supported by 1-2 years in a similar sales or client-facing role.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and craft strategic plans that move the needle.
  • A genuine passion for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Show an appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships

Based out of our Kwinana branch, you’ll play a key role in shaping strong, trusted partnerships with customers ranging from tier 1 and large project to mid-tier construction and civil companies across the Perth Metro location and surrounding areas. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert driving growth and delivering value for both our clients and Coates.

  • Building and nurturing meaningful relationships with a diverse client portfolio, becoming their trusted advisor
  • Navigating through client organisations to boost awareness of Coates’ full suite of offerings and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute innovative strategies that delight customers and accelerate sales growth
