We’re with our clients through the entire product lifecycle - from R&D and design to deployment and ongoing support - ensuring that your networking solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, manageable and operate at highest performance.
To make that happen, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take charge of client success from the earliest stage of the sales cycle, all the way through project delivery.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind project alignment and client satisfaction. You’ll step in early - during the sales process - to help shape winning proposals, and stay involved through delivery to ensure both our clients and CodiLime come out on top.
Your main activity will be to ensure Commercial Success as a Contract Owner. You’ll work closely with Engineers, Solution Architects, and Engineering Managers, but you will be the one making sure everything adds up - technically, commercially, and strategically.

To achieve that you will:

  • Own the Proposal Phase:
  • Understand the client’s business challenge
  • Define a high level solution mapping to the problem
  • Validate and challenge estimations
  • Build (or help build) a proposal that’s both competitive and realistic
  • Know when to walk away from a lead that won’t fly
  • Monitor Project Delivery & Adapt to Change:
  • Make sure key roles (Engineering Manager, Solution Architect) are involved at the right time
  • Always be able to summarize what is being delivered and why
  • Make sure the project stays on track from a business perspective - not just technically
  • If the client’s needs shift, be ready to re-structure the contract accordingly
  • Always prioritize client success, while protecting CodiLime’s interests
