Job Description MISSION : To develop, drive and execute strong business relationships with existing and new accounts as to maximise the achievement of company goals and renewal targets Nurture and deepen broker and client relationships with the objective of increasing client stickiness/retention and maximizing long term revenue. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems as indicated by clients or partners; Prepare account plans for strategic accounts clearly outlining plans to meet short, medium & long term revenue objectives Provide monthly forecast for the portfolio split by accounts Engage with key client stakeholders to increase Coface solution usage and to upsell new Coface solutions Monitor the portfolio proactively, highlight any anomalies and prepare recovery plans to get usage/revenue back on track Identify new use cases/departments to expand the Coface solutions for clients Track and see to closure any customer queries including complaints by providing the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution Track and manage SLAs as per contract to ensure they are within the agreed limits Deliver to clients and partners final Contracts, Endorsements, and invoices and handle any questions related to these documents Be responsible for negotiations with clients on renewal of contracts and pricing Responsible for derogation request if required on products, contracts and pricing Conduct 6 monthly reviews with the client and client’s stakeholder, to clearly demonstrate Coface’s industry thought leadership and how Coface BI is an effective solution. Accuracy in forecasting of sales and revenue targets. Ensure client NPS scores meet or exceed global benchmarks Qualifications Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline – Business, Economics, Finance 3-5 years of professional experience in account management.
