Responsibilities

The Account Manager is a key member of our sales team at Combat Corner, responsible for selling wholesale and custom MMA gear to gyms, athletes, and martial arts practitioners of all levels. This role is an inside sales role, responsible for maintaining a portion of our 2,500+ customer portfolio. Our products include Brazilian Jiu Jitzu gi’s, Muay Thai gloves, sparring equipment, and apparel. To be effective in this role, this individual must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to influence others, and a customer-first attitude.

Tasks

  • Align customer needs with company products
  • Push sales funnel from first contact through conversion
  • Maintain relationships with current and prior customers
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, products, and service
  • Determine and negotiate prices with customers
  • Monitor and relay customer preferences to management
