QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Property and Casualty license
• 3+ years Commercial Lines experience
• Experience with CA property & casualty
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC)
• Understanding of Independent Agency system and Commercial Lines Operations

• This role will work hybrid or fully remote, depending on employee’s proximity to our office.
• Manage a book of small to middle market construction accounts; leading the entire renewal process.
• Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met. Educate clients on their coverages and risks.
• Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data.
• Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day to day tasks.
