We are hiring for one of our clients. They are looking for a newly established Registered Agent in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) offering company management services. You will be working as part of a global team with deep expertise in the industry. Their ambition is to build one of the best corporate service providers in the industry. We are looking for dynamic team members who bring a background in corporate governance, legal or accounting. If this sounds like you, we want to talk to you! We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Hong Kong to lead our client services function. Role Responsibilities Lead the transfer-in process for our clients and perform client on-boarding Work with the Compliance Manager on KYC procedures Act as key liaison with our Hong Kong based clients Work with BVI team to prepare certificates of incumbency, good standing, and manage changes to directors, members, and beneficial owners Oversee regulatory filings such as economic substance and maintain accurate customer records Keep databases updated and coordinate with Finance for invoicing Manage transactions on VIRRGIN and liaise with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams Draft minutes and resolutions to support client transactions We are looking for someone who Degree qualification in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Corporate Governance or other business-related disciplines. Minimum 2 years’ corporate services experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) Communicative, responsive and good interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Tech-Savvy. Interest or experience in AI, automation or coding is a bonus.
