EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
PURPOSE:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers, delivering customer renewals/retention and revenue growth. You will develop new business opportunities by actively seeking opportunities in upsell of licenses and topics. Develop strong relationships by ensuring Compliance & Risks provides compelling solutions and services that meet our customers needs and objectives. You will understand customers’ use cases and ensure they are realizing value from their C2P subscription.
