We’re looking for a highly organised and collaborative Account Manager to lead the delivery of content and creative projects across digital platforms. You’ll be the main link between clients and internal teams, managing workflows, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality execution. Working closely with strategy, design, copywriting, and production teams, you’ll translate briefs into clear project plans, coordinate delivery across channels, and ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong attention to detail, and a sharp eye for creative quality. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the main point of contact for clients on creative and content projects. Manage planning and delivery of multi-channel content (web, social, video, visual assets). Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns smoothly. Own timelines, resourcing, quality control, and final delivery. Review performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion. REQUIREMENTS Experience in creative services, project management, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred). Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of brand strategy, content workflows, and quality standards. Comfortable using project management tools and working in a remote, fast-paced environment. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
