ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term partnerships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer experience and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business leads to grow revenue.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored IT, AV, and security solutions.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers and closing deals.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with potential clients and present tailored technology solutions.
  • Presenting & Closing: Prepare and present proposals and pitches for prospects, handle objections, and lead negotiations to secure new business.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to assess sales performance.
