About the role We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to grow our corporate customer base across Victoria. You will work with major clients, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive real business results. What You’ll Do Grow revenue through a mix of new business and existing corporate accounts Develop account strategies and execute business plans aligned with customer goals Lead the sales process from prospecting through to delivery and post-sale support Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reporting Contribute to the culture and success of the VIC branch through collaboration and initiative What You’ll Bring Proven success in B2B solution sales (print, technology, or managed services preferred) Strong ability to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions Experience developing strategic account plans and meeting revenue targets Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Self-motivation, accountability, and a growth mindset Current Australian driver’s licence and working rights As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
