Hamptons are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Corporate & Relocation Services Team in our Central London office location.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE A SUCESSFUL ACCOUNT MANAGER:

• Self motivated individual
• Organisational skills
• Tenacity to succeed
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record in Estate Agency Sales - preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of the Lettings process - preferred but not essential

• To build new business relationships with organisations requiring residential property finding suppport
• Provide your customers with the complementary home search service offered by our Corporate & Relocation department
• Maintaining regular contact with the company contacts to ensure you are generating new applicants for the Countrywide network
• The point of contact for all new applicants and will be responsible for identifying their requirements, setting up viewing tours and tracking all activity on the relevant systems.
• To utilise the branch network and other lead sources to research new accounts and opportunities
• To deliver a high level of customer service
• Promoting Corporate & Relocation Services within the company and speaking with the branches and managers on a regular basis forms a part of the role
