Account Manager - Direct Sales Unit CPI’s mission is to support businesses and professionals to improve their productivity and competitiveness through IT products and services. We partner with international firms in the markets of printing, surveillance, POS & Retail, Unified Communication, Audio/Video. We are looking for a qualified Account manager to join our team in Athens. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. What you will do Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory to meet and exceed annual volume, revenue, and pipeline targets Generate new business through existing customer relationships and prospective customer networks Use strategic discovery and probing techniques to identify needs, evaluate opportunities, and recommend tailored business solutions Collaborate with sales and cross-functional internal teams to develop strategic marketing and product plans, ensuring KPI alignment and execution Prepare and deliver regular performance and progress reports for clients and senior leadership Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, maintaining ongoing communication with the sales team Proactively recommend actions to improve sales performance and uncover new growth opportunities What we expect from you BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field Proven work experience as a Sales account manager Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Business acumen with understanding of sales performance metrics Solid commercial negotiation skills and ability to influence Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time Excellent verbal and written communication skills Some of the rewards in working with us Company Car Private Health & Life Insurance Friendly working environment Continuous training
