ACCOUNT MANAGER / CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to own client relationships from day one. You’ll make sure clients feel supported, keep delivery on track, and spot opportunities where we can add even more value.

• Manage your own portfolio of clients as their first point of contact.
• Handle onboarding, set expectations, and make sure clients settle in smoothly.
• Be the link between clients and our accountants/bookkeepers – chasing info, updating clients, and keeping deadlines on track.
• Answer day-to-day queries in plain English, keeping clients confident and informed.
• Spot opportunities to introduce additional services (advisory, tax planning, legal, HR, funding) where clients need more support.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and commercial awareness.
