OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager serves as the principal point of contact between Crown LSP Group and our customers, dedicated to fostering and enhancing customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem solving skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
· Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply chain, and customer service principles.
· Experience with ERP, TMS, and/or WMS systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other PC-based programs.
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
· Professional demeanor complemented by a collaborative team spirit; must be detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, enthusiastic, and positive while maintaining confidentiality.
· Capacity to train and collaborate closely with managers in a professional manner.
· Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

· Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers, positioning oneself as a trusted partner.
· Gain insight into customers’ supply chain needs, challenges, and objectives to identify solutions and improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to devise and propose customized solutions that align with customer requirements.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including efforts in upselling and cross-selling supply chain services.
· Provide consistent updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding account performance, progress, and potential challenges.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues while managing complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate account performance and highlight areas for enhancement.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in account management.
· Manage assigned customer service associates; workload, KPIs, and expectations.
