We're looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager who's ready to own a client portfolio from day one. No hand-holding required. 🚀

We are working with a well-established digital marketing agency in Brisbane with a strong reputation for client results and a genuinely tight-knit team. They are growing and after someone who can step straight into a portfolio and run it independently.

This is NOT a junior role. If you need to be taught what an Account Manager does, this isn't the one but if you've already got agency knowledge and know how to retain and grow client relationships, keep reading...

What you'll be doing:

• Owning a portfolio of digital marketing clients; SEO, Google Ads, paid social, web, content
• Building trust fast and keeping retention high
• Spotting growth opportunities and confidently discussing spend increases
• Presenting strategy and results directly to clients
• Working closely with our SEO, PPC, social and web specialists
• Handling the tricky conversations without escalating everything

What you'll need:

• Agency-side Account Management experience — this is essential
• Solid grounding in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social, web, or a strong mix)
• A track record of retaining and growing client accounts
• Confidence presenting to clients and managing expectations
• The ability to run your own portfolio without needing constant oversight
