THE OPPORTUNITY:

CSR are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team based in Melbourne.
As an Account Manager - (Reseller Channel), you will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships within our reseller network, with a focus on the plumbing segment. You’ll be responsible for executing targeted sales strategies aligned with our CSR objectives, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint in the market.
This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and leveraging market insights to drive mutual success. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our resellers receive exceptional service, innovative products, and sustainable value.

Responsibilities
  • Execute Sales Strategy: Implement and adapt sales actions to meet strategic goals and address any deviations from plan.
  • Revenue & Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Portfolio Ownership: Retain, grow, and diversify the sales portfolio using consultative selling techniques and CSR-aligned processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through responsive communication and issue resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CSR teams and third parties to deliver timely, tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Market & Product Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, sustainable innovations, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Proposal & Deal Management: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals that drive mutual value.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations for growth strategies based on market and customer data.
