Responsibilities
  • Serving as main point of contact for clients.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records on Salesforce CRM and other platforms.
  • Order fulfillment administration.
  • Basic customer communication for initial technical support and general inquiries.
  • First-tier sales support, liaising with Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives as required.
  • Additional reporting, administration and tracking activities as required.
