POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, managing projects from inception to completion.
This position requires a solid understanding of project management principles, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the adaptability to respond to evolving project needs. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of stone materials and custom fabrication processes, with a proven ability to guide clients through the design, material selection, and execution phases of their projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or project consulting within the stone and design industry.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, architecture, or interior design is highly preferred.
• System knowledge: AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and Excel
• Background in project coordination and client relations is a plus.
• Background in Design consulting / Interior Design.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to visit job sites and fabrication shops as needed.
• A car is required for site visits and client meetings

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing design consultation and technical expertise on stone materials, applications, and installation.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and fabricators to ensure the feasibility of client projects.
• Assist with material selection, fabrication techniques, and installation methods based on project requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure expectations are met and all needs are addressed.
• Work closely with the internal team to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in stone fabrication and design.
