Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. You will be responsible for accomplishing a variety and set number of tasks along with phone calls on a weekly basis. We understand and recognize that our company, products and industry are unique. Part of your Account Manager training process will be learning the specific ins and outs of your role and our industry-specific programs.
