Description Summary:The Account Manager/Customer Service Representative position will serve our customers by providing product and service information. While working closely with the customer, you will maintain customer information and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. This full-time position requires a team player who is willing and ready to recommend potential products, resolve customer concerns and determine customer’s needs. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between assigned sales representatives, internal and external customers. Organize and prioritize multiple print, mail, and fulfillment projects through completion Compare new projects to estimated specifications, recognize when project will need to be re-estimated Communicates customer needs and expectations to scheduling department Continually review information, specifications, and schedule of work orders for accuracy Work with production team to ensure smooth and effective flow of jobs Position Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent with 5 years account management or equivalent industry related work experience. Knowledge of Offset, Digital print and Mailing Attention to detail a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strength in multi-tasking and organizational skills People skills and the ability to work in a team setting. Ability to recognize opportunities and enlist others to get results.
