We are looking for a motivated Account Manager able to work with little direction in order to ensure high customer satisfaction. The goal is to maximize customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner. Responsibilities Manage & monitor service requests (cleaning, pest, green, etc) in our customers' facilities Schedule and monitor our subcontractors' activities Guarantee that the work orders are delivered as requested Produce frequent and analytical offers Execute and monitor the entire procedure from quotations to pre-invoicing Team up with colleagues and pass on important information to customers Formulate relationships of trust with customers Proven experience as a customer service representative is required Experience in building services or facility management is an asset Ability to schedule and monitor various service requests to different customers under pressure Ability to work with figures, offers and pre-invoices Familiar with Excel, Outlook and ERP tools Excellent knowledge of English Bachelor degree Attractive Salary Package based on experience Laptop & Mobile phone Private Health Insurance
