ACCOUNT MANAGERS

They help Sekuro by attracting new audience or clients for the services we offer. The objective is to achieve the goals or target set before the start of the season. Sales and support teams collaborate to yield something productive which, at the end of the day sells the services of the organisation and leaves the clients satisfied. Experience in selling is preferred but we are willing to mentor too if you have the drive to succeed!

Responsibilities
  • Drive new sales and revenue from prospective client accounts.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quota.
  • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organisational business objectives and goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
  • Activities to support pipeline and account activity include: managing timely detailed proposal responses, tracking activity in CRM, forecasting, conducting competitive research and knowledge of Sekuro’s service offerings.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the clients’ dedication.
  • Develop a strategic account plan for each named account to increase engagement value.
  • Monitor all stages of projects or campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
