Manage and expand relationships with existing system integrators and acquire new partners across the DACH region Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the product segment Work closely with technical specialists to create tailored customer solutions Deliver on-site product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers Monitor market and competitor activities to identify emerging trends and business opportunities Utilize CRM systems for planning, tracking, and reporting of sales activities Travel approximately 70% within the DACH region to maintain close customer relationships Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering) Several years of experience in technical direct sales, ideally in the field of test and measurement technology Strong understanding of electronic measurement and testing solutions and their industrial applications Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor at all levels Customer-obsessed mindset, structured and results-oriented work style Fluent in German and very good command of English Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70%)
