The Impact You'll Make Account Manager will focus on the revenue growth, achieve and exceed the sales targets, through both OEM and distributors; Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts, ensure high level of customer satisfication and loyalty; Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's footprint in the target segments; Work closely with internal teams( engineering, product application engineer, product manager, CSR) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery for customers;What You’ll Be Doing 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Data center/IMM/construction and other industry segments;2. Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including potential customers and markets;3. Utilize expertise and work close with key OEM customers, understand the customers' key  pain point and needed, leverage internal and extronal resources to support business growth4. Cooperate with R&D/PM/PAE to provide product training and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and applications of our fluid connection solutions;5. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and retention.6. Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights, and contiously update in OneCRM;What We're Looking For 1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field;2. Proven experience in customer management or sales roles within the data center, server, cold plate, semiconductor, IMM, or hydraulic industries;3. Strong customer service and relationship management ablity;4. In-depth knowledge of fluid conveyance products and applications.5. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;6. Highly organized, self-motivated and self-discipline;7.
