Job Responsibilities Build strong relationship with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services related to Key Accounts Perform outbound retention calls to clients whom contract is expiring. Developing and implementing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback. Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business. Meet and exceed monthly targets through successful contract retention Establish good rapport and trust though proactive engagement Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retentions by going above and beyond expectations Listen attentively to the customer’s responses and gather as much information as possible; use this information alongside predefined strategies, to offer the most suitable solution(s) and/or alternative options to retain the client’s business Compile daily report Requirements Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience Experience in customer service. Proficient in English. Tech-savvy and computer literate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on and a positive attitude. Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently
