This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Manager in Denmark & South Sweden. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients across Denmark and South Sweden. This role combines commercial acumen, product expertise, and hands-on customer engagement to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. You will act as a trusted business partner for your clients, providing expert guidance on product usage, offering solutions tailored to their needs, and ensuring a superior customer experience. Working closely with internal stakeholders and marketing teams, you will help strengthen brand presence locally while contributing to strategic business objectives. This role requires a dynamic, structured, and proactive professional who thrives in a client-facing environment. Accountabilities Drive sales and profit growth through the promotion and sale of products and related solutions, in line with the agreed sales plan. Operate according to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and quality. Build strong product knowledge and communicate features and benefits effectively to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position products advantageously. Collaborate with marketing to execute local campaigns aligned with global strategies. Ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and coordinate with Customer Care to manage orders and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate reporting of field visits, customer segmentation, and sales KPIs. Support clients in the operating room when required, fostering strong relationships and providing practical guidance on product use. Serve as a strategic partner to customers, helping them grow their activity and revenue while offering tailored business solutions. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry. At least 4 years of experience working with plastic surgeons in public and private sectors. Advanced English and Swedish; basic understanding of Danish. Ability to travel within the assigned territory and participate in industry events, including overnight stays. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience with CRM systems, reporting, customer segmentation, and sales KPIs. Dynamic, structured, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset. Strong presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to follow up and execute effectively.
