Why This Role is Unique
This isn’t a transactional sales job—it’s a strategic account leadership role. You’ll serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their project and beyond, acting as both trusted advisor and advocate. With field experience and a deep understanding of construction, you’ll provide clients with customized building solutions using FBi’s proprietary QLYFT Project Delivery Technology and conceptual design tools.
About the Role
· Build Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing strong, ongoing relationships built on trust and results.
· Consult & Design: Understand client goals and tailor solutions using FBi’s design tools and project expertise.
· Drive Project Success: Oversee account activity from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring satisfaction and quality at every stage.
· Grow the Book of Business: Expand your portfolio through referrals, community involvement, and strategic outreach.
· Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs, execution, and post-project engagement.
What We’re Looking For
· Background in construction, project management, estimating, or sales (wood or steel frame structures preferred)
· Relationship-first mindset with a consultative, solutions-driven approach
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Accountable, proactive, and highly organized
· Coachable, curious, and eager to grow
· Experience in managing complex sales cycles or client portfolios a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
