SUMMARY

Designers Edge office is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Account Manager to manage accounts and generate new business for a company that provides site surveying services to Fortune 1000 companies, enterprise architectural firms, large property management and construction companies throughout North America. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-pace team environment, have a desire to start a sales career, possess excellent communication skills, and desire to be part of a growing company. COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to represent the company at industry conferences and events, effectively promoting brand presence, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Must possess outgoing and dynamic personality
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must possess strong business acumen and be results driven
  • Ability to multitask, close deals, and work under pressure of deadlines.
  • Must be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, or design services

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with both prospective and existing clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, building trust and long-term partnerships
  • Identify client needs through discovery calls and consultations, and position Designers Edge services as tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals and sales materials that clearly articulate the value of our offerings
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all inbound client inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set and meet revenue goals, develop client acquisition strategies, and execute marketing campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met with accuracy and quality
  • Track key account activity and maintain records of sales, client feedback, and engagement metrics
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets for sales, retention, and client satisfaction
