Full job description

About the role

We're a full-service agency looking for a proactive Account Manager to own client relationships across our portfolio, with particular focus on our PR clients.

This is a relationship-first role. You'll be the client's main point of contact, responsible for making sure nothing falls through the cracks and nothing comes as a surprise.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients the person they call or email when something's needed
  • Build and maintain an account plan for each client: regular check-ins, understanding their goals, spotting renewal or growth opportunities early
  • Brief and coordinate internally working with our design/development team and graphic designer to make sure deliverables are understood and land on time
  • Manage scope and expectations catching scope creep early, having budget and timeline conversations, flagging risk to the partners before it becomes a problem
  • Pull together progress updates and results summaries for clients, drawing on work delivered by the wider team
  • Run a short weekly sync with the wider team to stay aligned on what's live, what's coming up, and anything client-sensitive
  • Own client-facing conversations about scope, timeline or budget changes this doesn't sit with other team members

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in an account management or client services role, ideally agency-side
  • Comfortable managing multiple client relationships at once and prioritising across them
  • Confident having direct conversations with clients about scope, budget and expectations
  • Strong organisational skills nothing should slip through the cracks on your watch
  • Experience with or interest in PR/marketing-adjacent client work is a plus, though PR execution itself isn't part of this role

Why this role

  • Genuine ownership of client relationships, not just admin support
  • Work directly with two experienced business partners

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

  • Work Location: In person
