Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

DQ is expanding its account management capabilities in the UAE (DXB) and KSA to enhance client relations and ensure consistent service delivery across key accounts. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, driving account growth, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships to meet client expectations and DQ’s high standards. This role requires strong communication, a results-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of DQ’s services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and up-selling of DQ services to meet client needs and business goals.
  • Service Delivery Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
  • Client Reporting: Provide regular reports on account health, project milestones, and any risks to clients.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks in client relationships, ensuring resolution is timely and effective.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are aligned and managed.
