We are looking for a client-focused and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This role requires strong relationship management skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building trust, and can effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service and timely solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for growth and cross-collaboration.
- Develop account strategies to support business goals, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and deliver impactful client reports and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, finance, and product—to align deliverables with client expectations.
- Analyze client performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiations in partnership with leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive client strategies and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, or performance tracking is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
