Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Queanbeyan team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager NSW, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and passion for building long-lasting customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in growing and managing a portfolio of new and existing accounts, while consistently delivering strong sales results.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Developing and maintaining existing accounts by building strong customer relationships
  • Scheduling site visits and working closely with builders and clients to understand their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to drive sales and deliver outstanding service
  • Achieving sales targets and budgets through continuous performance improvement
  • Managing customer complaints and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Providing expert guidance to customers on Dowell products by staying up to date
  • Representing the company at trade shows and industry events as required
