SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication skills, with a comfortability in face-to-face interactions and relationship building.

  • Experience in the construction or related industries is a plus, but not essential.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to join our Fosroc team in Sydney. This role will see you manage civil and industrial accounts across the Sydney Metropolitan area, with flexibility for locations like Wetherill Park or Padstow. You will engage continuously with site engineers and project managers to secure repeat business, offer solutions for upcoming projects, and ensure Fosroc’s involvement in future opportunities. The role involves maintaining existing relationships while driving new project-based work, making it an exciting blend of project management and account development.
You will be actively involved in both face-to-face interactions and on-site visits to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on proactive engagement, constantly seeking ways to drive the growth of Fosroc’s business through long-term solutions and project-driven success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with civil and industrial accounts, ensuring continued growth and success.
  • Attend to site visits, addressing issues and promoting repair products as needed.
  • Actively respond to sales leads and follow up on opportunities from systems like BCI and Estimate One.
  • Represent Fosroc Products at trade shows and industry events, fostering professional relationships with Engineers, Specifiers, Architects, and Corporate Bodies.
  • Engage regularly with site engineers and project managers to secure future business opportunities.
