As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager with strong experience in metal fabrication to help us expand our client base.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of bringing in new clients, ideally from a competitor or similar environment. This role is key to our strategic growth, focusing primarily on new business acquisition while also managing early-stage client relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff to internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a business development or account management role within the metal fabrication or closely related industry
  • Proven ability to bring in new business, ideally having transitioned clients from previous roles
  • Existing network of potential customers in manufacturing, defense, aerospace, automotive, or other metal-intensive industries a plus
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes, capabilities, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mentality

Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within the metal fabrication industry
