Responsibilities

The Account Manager E-commerce Benelux will be responsible for the E-commerce NS of BDF (NIVEA, Labello, Hansaplast) in the Benelux for several Key pure players, as well as support & steer Omnichannel players. Deliver and monitor NS, GM, VMS of our E-commerce business.
Deliver sustainable Net Sales growth, focus skin care
Deliver profitable growth (GM%)
Win in market (VMS%), both Pure Player & Omnichannel
Develop joint business plan per category incl. FY activation plans
Financially steer your business with an accurate and spot-on forecast
Further build on the excellent relationship with our key customers as one team
Manage your customers both on strategic and support level
Prepare & actively drive the yearly negotiation; focusing on improvement of conditions
Make sure all work is in line with national sales policy and compliancy (eg regulatory, marketing)
Visit Belgium on an irregular basis to connect, understand the market and further professionalize E-commerce: once every quarter 1 day
