Earthmill is a specialist in the operation, maintenance, and management of small and medium scale wind turbines. We operate on a national basis through a network of engineering depots and from our head office which is based in Harrogate. Earthmill is part of the Arena Capital Group which manages a fleet of over 1,000 wind turbines and multi-megawatt solar assets.
The successful candidate will play a key part within the continued expansion of this business. We intend to be the best at what we do by providing exceptional levels of customer service and being a great place to work.
The role involves dealing with one of our key wind turbine client accounts who’s turbines are based throughout the UK. You will provide customer support and communications regarding all their service and maintenance needs. You will report to the customer services and technical support manager and assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team.
Ideally you will have a background in customer services and client support and have an interest in engineering generally, however, it is not essential, as a can do attitude goes along way. There will be job specific training given from the start of your Earthmill journey.
